Office of Public Works - On behalf of the people of Ireland, the OPW manages and operates sites which memorialise those who lost their lives in the conflicts of 1912 - 1922/3. Four of these, Arbour Hill Cemetery, the Garden of Remembrance, Grangegorman Military Cemetery, and the Irish National War Memorial Gardens are located in Dublin.
