Inspired by New Orleans' vibrant culinary scene, 1803 is a partnership between Chef Rafi Hasid, owner of Brooklyn's celebrated restaurant Miriam, and Tal Lavi of Amsterdam Ale House and a longtime veteran of New York's restaurant world.
